I recently chatted with a fellow artist I admire, about how much cooler public art could be. While obviously art taste is in the eye of the beholder. We discussed how many public art pieces miss the mark on creating with the entire space in mind. Instead of just making a piece with their own preferences. They think like an artist & designer.
